What Warranty do you have on your goods ?

We offer a 12 month warranty on all items sold by the Outdoor Emporium.

In many cases  - this is four times as long as other warranties supplied by other retailers and manufacturers. Having worked with our manufacturers and suppliers for over 10 years now, we are very confident to stand behind our products.

What happens if I don’t like what I purchased ?

Just return it - we offer a PEACE of MIND 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE that you will love your purchase

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you can return them for a full, "no questions asked refund” within 30 days of your original purchase date.

Please understand we cannot refund any costs incurred in the delivery / recollection or repacking of the goods. Items should also be returned in their original condition with a sales receipt attached.

* The above guarantee does not apply to purchases made by trade customers & industry professionals, custom made planters or any type of special order.

* A special order is defiined as any order which is unique in nature by the followoing charateristics: Larger volumes, specific measurements, custom finishes or hand finishes and any installations whch require the particiaption of other trades, i.e/ cranes.

Do You deliver in Metro Melbourne ?

Yes we can deliver straight to your door for between  $55.oo - $125.oo.

The final figure depends on distance, stairs and number of people required to safely deliver goods.

What about Country Victoria ?

Costs for freight to Country Victoria are calculated on a case by case basis BUT generally speaking freight is averaging around $75 - $150 per pallet.

Sometimes if a good golf course is close by (and time & weather permitting), delivery will be personally done by one of us or you can simply collect from our warehouse at NO Cost.

What about Interstate deliveries ?

Yes we can pack your chosen items and send to one of our 100’s of transport depots around Australia.

We also provide a door to door service but naturally this costs more and in most cases, our clients are happy to save a little extra by collecting from a transport depot.

Do we match other peoples pricing ?

Yes  but only on comparable quality items.

We do not sell or advise people to buy crap (normally the cheaper stuff) as long after the price has faded, the item will still be crap !!!

Do we give discounts to Senior’s

Yes  – most of us have Mothers and Grandmothers and at the Outdoor Emporium, we try to treat them like they were our own Mum’s so feel free to whip out the Seniors card to any of our staff who will happily give you a discount.

Sorry to say, this offer is not available on already discounted items but if you ask nicely our guys will usually throw in potting mix. 

Are the items photoshopped ?

NO  – all photo’s are of the exact item sold and no editing techniques except for cropping or cutout have been employed. We take care to portray items in photographs as accurately as possible.

* Color variances may occur due to differences in screen technology.

Do you come out to do appraisals for container gardening solutions for balconies, terraces, decks, lobby’s & entrances ?

Yes – the fee is $165. Per consultation (1 hour period) This fee is fully deductable against the price of any future purchases of garden pots or waterfeatures.

Can you supply large commercial Quantities or make to order ?

Yes – we specialise in it.

Sometimes shit happens – as a small business, we fill over 5000 individual orders per year and as much as we try to get everything right, as humans we have good & bad days.
