Where do we deliver to ?
We can deliver our pieces all over Australia and have sent items as far afield as Fiji and New Zealand.
How long does it take to receive my order ?
Of course it depends on how far away from Melbourne you are but should the goods be instock you would have your goods within 14 days pretty much all over Australia.
What happens if I need something the next day ?
RING US IMMEDIATELY – but yes it can be done
How much is delivery ?
We can send a pallet of goods for collection at our interstate transport depots at the current following rates:

Do you deliver door to door ?
Yes we do – the price for door to door delivery will be approx 50% higher than the rates quoted above. This is because we use commercial Interstate carriers to distribute our items around Australia which charge a flat rate per pallet.
When goods are being delivered locally – we often find that local courier companies charge by a per kilogram rate which can get expensive even though they are not going that far.

What happens if my items are damaged during Delivery ?
No matter how well we have packed our pieces, sometimes damage occurs during the delivery process. We don’t lay blame for this – we just try to rectify the problem by having a SIMPLE - NO BULLSHIT CLAIM POLICY
Just send a photo of damaged pieces with a copy of your receipt for an immediate replacement or refund.
All claims for damages must be made within 48hours of receipt of goods.
